If you want easy viewing and nothing too deep then go for Fantastic Four (I really liked it!), but I gotta say that Batman Begins is (in my opinion) the best Batman film that I've seen.....it's a classic.
The only comic-book film that I would rate over it is X-men 2. Simply because of the multiple heroes/villans and all their powers being shown.
