smjmcomic,

Go for a long walk. Sounds like shit but it works for me. Get a dog and then you don't look like a weirdo walking a long way. :D

jane_haze,

I like how you think. But seriously, a good rememdy for insomnia is C-Span. Either that or sign up last at an Open Mic.....put you in a coma...

smjmcomic, I hear you there. I know of two things. First is Melatonin, it is a natural vitamen that you can get it at any health store. If that doesn't work seriously try Ambien, yes it is a drug honestly non-addictive. Of course you need to see a doctor for that. I find the Ambian to be better, but with both or non at all, a dark room with no interuptions helps! Don't laugh, I also count sheep. I picture them with numbered jerseys on and visulize jumping over fense....slow. I usally star losing count after 30 and fall asleep shortly after. Good-luck to you!
