SLY RETURNS? Per the Washington Post, Grammy organizers are looking to reunite Sly and the Family Stone for a tribute to the famed '70s band. Sly Stone last performed live 19 years ago and the Post reports rehearsals are set to begin next week.

I just saw the Emotions perform at the Club Rio here in LA. It was cool, but they are kinda of...big now, as in size. Pretty women, though and can sing their asses of!.

Yeah, it would be good to see the Jones girls too.

I saw a documentary over here it showed one of the band talking about how Sly used to entice pretty girls to his studio and then promise to make them a star. First he would record them singing a demo using a particular tape, and then he would "entertain" for the rest of the time. as he brought in different girls, he would record them over on the same tape. This was done repeatedly over and over again until the tape broke!....so eventually you just had a broken piece of tape spinning around while these young starlet hopefuls were singing their asses off!

Maybe if he makes a comeback he may have to invest in a new tape-reel!! ;p
