Comicview Auditions.....
I know some of you are wondering about comicview...well it is taping now. Unfortunately alot of good comics won't be on this years taping....due to the budget was almost spent up....damn. Seems like NuOpp the company that books comicview (and Steve Harvey's company) is now scrambling to get the show cast with last years losers. Oh and hosting is J. Anthony Brown (Steve's homeboy and a NuOpp client.) Damn. Keeping money in the same pocket and locking out good and aspiring talent. SO if you watch this season you should be hearing jokes from Richard Pryor's anthology CD as well as Mudbone, but they will change mudbone into a ghetto girl...I see joke thieves....and there on T.V.
Robbie Peron making audiences laugh since 1986...Beer making ugly people look attractive since 1786.

Jennifer,
I always bristle when people say Steve harvey looks Richard Pryor. I guess that's too close to "...is LIKE Richard Pryor" to me. Harvey never was funny to me. Correction, he said two or three funny things in his career. One of them was the joke on "Kings of Comedy", about a black band not playing when the Titanic sunk. The other funny thing he did was get into it with Jesse Jackson over "Barbershop". Nobody was that funny in "Original Kings of Comedy" except Bernie Mac, and even he has some more work to do before he deserves that title.

MisterTee,
When I did The RIchard Pryor, "I aidn't dead yet-etc" special-I loved asking all the "kings" of comedy- "so Steve, (or Bernie or D.l or Cedric) if you're the King of comedy-what is RIchard?" it was comedy just watching how they would try to asnwer that one-LOL-they were all pretty sweet about it-defensive but generous and smart-Cedric was the most fun and a real giver God!!
