What do you think of the new Chappelle episodes?

I think they're really good although at times Charles Murphy and that other guys intros are a little awkward. Wonder what really went down with all that? There was no drop off on his skits. If anything it was getting better.

I guess that was his official grievance when he left. Did you see that audience participation where they asked.. "Was the pixy thing out of line like Chappelle said in Time magazine?" Dave could have got that changed. He didn't need to just slip out the back door and run. Like I said something else was up. His whole crew kinda turned on him in a not so subtle way after he bolted which tells me 1) Either they're right or 2) Maybe thy're just pissed that they're no longer on a cool, successful show. Either way some shit we don't know about happened. On "Inside the actors sudio" Dave was rambling about that it wasn't just a coinsidence that Martin Lawrence was picked up naked on a freeway. Started talking about weird conspiracy stuff. I don't know but I bet what makes these guys so funny and successful can easily turn into something, well, other than that....

Today I woke up and saw pictures of dead kids in Lebanon in the newspaper.
After that I saw the lost episodes of Chappelle in Youtube.
He and his mamma are fucking heroes!!
He has done and said enough.
He should sit on his ass in the jungle or a beach and smoke a joint.

His skits about the industry (and his rappin in the actors studio)really is a breath of fresh air.I cant get enough of his skits about P.Diddy and MTV cribs.
I'm glad he doesn't go in the newspapers and TV and talk and respond to the crap that has been thrown to him.
When people like Howard Stern and Oprah give him a bad rap.
So low.

I see your point But Dave's a pro. He knows the ins and outs. He had some problem we don't know about happen. Probably none of our business. I can't imagine a scenerio where he's ok with the decision years from now but I like him so I want to say "I hope he did the right thing.". What reasonably could that be?. He's in the biz, on top of his game and snapped.

yeah, the racial stuff was really getting old. I did like the first of the three lost episodes. But by the time of the pixie sketch, I was all "blacked" out! Now I know how white people feel when they attend one of those DefJam shows....

I liked it all I laughed like a mother....he didn't have to leave over that pixie stuff....he didn't go too far with that one at all, I thought of alot of ways it could have really been racist....I WANT MORE CHAPPELLE!!!!!
