Anyone ever pulled double duty?

I did for the last time about 10 years ago. When I was younger it was fun. Felt no remorse but when I did it in my 30's for a year I thought I was gonna die. I had a sweet girlfriend 13 years younger than me who was great. I happened to hook up with an old gal of mine who I'm with now and for about a year wig-wagged between the two. I think I developed a facial tick during that time. I was shocked that I was so consumed with guilt....

It was both. I look at that time like someone who cringes and thinks of an embarassing time in their life. Too many people got hurt because of me. I'm not the first asshole just the one 10 years ago..
