My dog has a lick problem!

I have a pug about 5 years old. When I come home he's obcessed with licking on me, the bed, anything he can get his toungue on. When he's not doing that he's chasing his tail with an occasional pause to look up at me with big sad eyes. I scowl with promises of kisses back and then wrestle around with him for a half hour and then fall asleep with him. I should never complain...
