Hedberg and Lynch

It's just announced that Mitch Hedberg and Stephen Lynch are headlining a tour. That would be an awesome show. I've seen Lynch (don't listen to Superhero prior to a show...he's got the exact same between song ranting...), which he was really good. Especially in a venue with something like 40 people...50 tops.

And hedberg...it's hedberg. He's just great.

Never heard Lynch. But Mitch Hedberg is cool. Sorta like a younger Steven Wright or cooler Emo Phillips. Funny too in a deadpan way. He's an acquired taste. Definitely, a departure from the norm in comedy. Are they the only two comics on tour or is there a line up a la Kings Of Comedy, Blue Collar Comedy?

Never heard of stephen?!?! If you watch the comedy central stand up, he's the guy with the songs about retards and sex with hermaphrodites and stuff like that. I recommend you pick up a copy of the cd or at least download some of his songs.

Hermaphroditee, Grandfather die, lullaby, the gerbil song. These are my recommended songs.

Hedberg just seems like a modern day stoned Henny Youngman at times. Mitch is the comic for the hippy and shroom head. Very exciting.

Unfortunately, I don't see them coming to play the Blue Loon or the Refinery Lounge....so I'll just have to pretend I was there or something.
