I would like to give a thank you to the people I met on this site...Mrs. Jennifer Pryor, Cbreez101, Vee, Gareth, GPHOLMES, Suzy, smjmcomic. We have all talked on this site and have gotten together at a comedy club to watch a show and hang out. And That's love, through some of us meeting Gareth has worked some rooms that I told him about, and Gareth is not only funny but fearless. smjmcomic let me listen to his stream of mp3 set, and this guy is very funny and cleaver he's like a Dana Gould and Drew Cary rolled into one. And if your wondering who Dana Gould is..? he made the phrase "Gaydar" from his 1991 HBO Special.... now everyone says it....he now is a writer and producer on the simpsons..... but anyway I've meet some great people on this site and I'm glad to call you all my cyberstalkers....er I mean cyberfriends and friends. Now enough of that here are some one nighters were you can perform and get stage time...and when in doubt drop my name....


Monday:
Mo' Betta Monday's @ the Hollywood Improv (8162 Melrose ave)
Host: we alternate each week.
Showtime is 8:30pm but the room gets packed quick so get there between 7-7:30 if you want to see the show comics call the club on thursdays to get booked
this is a tough crowd so you gotta bring it!

The Rumba Room @ Universal City walk
Host: Ernie G.
Showtime is 9:00pm
nice latin crowd, and they like jokes and good edgy material
after you perform dance your ass off your pull a honey. call the club or pm me for ernie g's #

The Regency West (4343 W. 43rd St.)
Host: Michael Colyar
Showtime is 9:30pm
this is a older black crowd and jokes better be funny and not be sex, weed or vulgar. call the regency to get michaels #

The Laugh Factory (7783 Sunset Blvd.)
Host: Chris Martinez
Showtime is 8:00pm sharp.
This is a mostly all latino crowd and mostly latin comics on stage. Easy Easy Easy room, if you don't get laughs here than you should spend the night in bed with Michael Jackson and have R. Kelly Piss on you! this is the easiest room in L.A. anything works in this room all the time. so It's a great place to try new untested material...call on weds. to get booked (323=656-1336)

Tuesday:
The Guy Torry Show @ the Comedy Store (8433 Sunset)
Host: Guy and Joe Torrey.
Showtime is 9:00pm
and all black crowd with celebrities sprinkled through the crowd. and tough room as well if your funny you'll have fans if you don't you won't play here for 3 months..

Casa Latina
Host: Juan Garcia
Showtime is 10:00pm
An all latino club, nice room and you can do material just respect your time and don't go over.

Mixed Nuts Comedy Club (4000 W. Washington Blvd.)
Host: Benny Mena
showtime 8:30pm
All latino line up and great food,get there early to beat the crowd and laugh.

Wednsday:
Wild Coyote
Host Felipe Esparza & Larry Omaha
Showtime 10:00pm
all latino crowd and very hard room its easy if you get them fast, but with $2 drinks all night and people have been there drinking since 5pm you got your work cut out for you. But great room once you catch the wave.

Sunday:
Chocolate Sunday's @ the Laugh factory
Host: Chris Spencer
showtimes: 8pm and 10:30pm
Both shows feature a great line up of comics and celebrities all in the room. It is a good room mostly black hollywood crowd, so have funn and be funny. not a hard room but can be if your rushed or don't have material. Chris let's new jacks on the 1st show for 3 mins. so call the laugh factory to get Chris or Pooky's number to get booked and tell them Robbie Peron Refered you...it'll get you on.
