funniest character on tv

okay it's not a comedy show, but the character Al Swearenger from the HBO show Deadwood kills me, anyone else watch it?

If you're talking single character as opposed to a sketch performer, I would have to say Larry David! Guy cracks me up. Of course, Chappelle is the bomb in sketches too. I haven't seen Deadwood yet, but I will...

mojones, you have to watch it, man Al Swerenger is funny as hell..the only thing that bugs me about the show, they act like their was nothing bud white and chinese people in the old west

Well that's about to change my friend. I just read at the sheckymagazine.com website where Franklyn Ajaye will be featured in a recurring role on that show. So a little diversity is on it's way. Oh and I'll be looking out for that guy Swerenger.
