Luther Vandross, R&B crooner deluxe, dead at 54
NEW YORK (AP) — Grammy winner Luther Vandross, whose deep, lush voice on such hits as Here and Now and Any Love sold more than 25 million albums while providing the romantic backdrop for millions of couples worldwide, died Friday. He was 54.
Vandross died at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, N.J., said hospital spokesman Rob Cavanaugh. He did not release the cause of death.

Yeah I was just watching BET and only caught ".....at age 54 more details later." scrolling at the bottom of the screen and then I called around until I found out the news.....

I went to Zimbabwe. I know how white people feel in America now; relaxed! Cause when I heard the police car I knew they weren't coming after me!

Yeah I knew it was bad news that someone must have passed but I missed the name....so I was going thru my mental database from celebrities to politicians and then I was wondering exactly how old Bush was...........

yeah condolences to the world...... .....they sed he died from complications from a stroke he never fully recovered from.......I liked his singing....he was a real talent....
