I ordered a TV last week. Got a good deal. I'm waiting for the delivery, but the company's site links me to fedex for the delivery info and it has no record of it. I write to them and they tell me that they used a delivery service called "Watkins."
I check Watkins' site and they have it listed that they tried to contact me three times, but with no response. I call them and they tell me that they were trying to get a phone number to schedule delivery. Delivery was then scheduled for this morning between 9a & 1p. It's after 1p, and no TV. I check the site, it still shows that they don't have it scheduled for delivery due to no customer contact. The company's offices are closed for the weekend.

and so is the guy who was gonna deliver it because that's where your TV is, waiting for the next game to come on. j/k
I just gave away a 32" tv. had 1 too many after moving and no time to sell it. and it was still in new conditioning w/packaging and under a 3 year warranty.
it sounds like it's on its way. if not there's always credit card fraud, not to mention internet fraud divisions to help you not only get your $$ back but the TV as well.
