I don't think I believe in hell. I believe hell is a state of mind or environment you create for yourself. think about it, when you're born or from the age of 0 to about 10-13, are you even thinking of a hell or have a concept of it, even for a child who dies?

I also believe that when you die that energy is transformed. that's too much energy to just die and cease to exist again.

but somedays I want to believe I never have to come back after dying. just let my ass rest, shit. and don't knock on the coffin either. send email or slap a post-it on it, shit, I'll get back to ya.

actually many have created that same world.

I always think that during the first 3 days of death the soul is tormented and reminded of past deeds and disgressions, then from there move on to the next stages of life. I was told by elders this is why prayer is so important immediately after death.

I just don't know what to believe. hard enough getting through this life w/out thinking about the next one. my only hope is I die and come back as a cat in a single woman's apartment. shit I would have it made!!! lay on my ass and give out orders all day, get so fat I have to be carried to litterbox and take over any expensive piece of furniture I want.

and for some hell may be step up.
