poor little (well far from little) darling has died after all that stress. :(

I was following the live story this morning and was hoping the whale would make it. but looks like it was seriously injured before being rescued and all the stress from the transport took its toll.

but it is a blessing that the whale died w/so many people around who loved and cared for it and wanted the best for it.

dolphins and whales, they're amazing creatures and every now and then we're blessed to be able to help them out on their little way.
