Hey guys, it's been a while sience I've posted. I wanted to know if there were any NYC Comics on this board. I got booked on the NYC Underground Fest in October (Thanks to everyone who sent me an email saying I could do it - you guys helped a lot!!) Being that for the most part I work in and arround Philly, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this festival. What's the buzz? There's about 40 shows posted on their website, and the guy who got me the festival said it has a lot more stuff booked, but not posted yet.
I'm booked on a show for comics under 25 years old. It's on a Wednesday in the Village. Everyone says that there will be "casting people" there - so I guess what I'm asking is should I do anything different, or just do what I do? Is there something that these casting people need to see from me?
It's funny, the manager who got me this, the other comics I hang out with, even my parents are all excited. I just wanna get on another stage and do some more jokes. Maybe this will help.
