....1....I was in school......I think Kennedy was killed because of his views...of he would run the country an no one else would....the last of his breed....I was sorry to see him gone...
.....2...King....I was in school again....it is sad to see the people that march for peace...then assasinated...he had a very large presence....he is missed...
.....3 I was at home...went to a park later when they had five minutes of silence on the airwaves for him...it is sad to see this senseless death...I know him an Marvin Gaye are surely missed....I miss them
.....4....I don't really like royalty....but I think she was a nice person....an died needlessly......an her death was caused by the ones chasing her....if someone was chasing someone an they died?....who would you blame? an taking pictures later?....that is no respect for the ones gone..now...

To the point where it feels like before the day is through, something very fucked up is going to happen...whether it be civil unrest over the election or another terrorist attack I don't know but the tension here SUCKS! Visitor, I can't remembe another election that had me feeling this uneasy, I wasn't nervous at the one, I thought Al gore was going to win (which he did) after growing up in the Reagan-Bush years and the hopelessness it gave to the lower working class, I fear for four more years under Curious George

The Cuban Missle Crisis was pretty tense....I was eight or nine years old and the US was convinced there was going to be a sneek attack so they move all of the bombers and fighter planes to civilian airports.....I remember they lined all of them up in a row at Logan Airport.

So, when the smoke clears in a few years, who do you think will be the new #1 power in the world? If Europe consolidates, I say it will be them. Otherwise, probably China.
